Strength & Cardio Classes

All classes have level indicators to help identify the best fit for each individual. As with any program or class, participants are encouraged to work at a level that is most appropriate for their own unique fitness level. All classes/programs can be modified to suit the needs of the participant. Participants are welcomed to join any class at any level, any time, the levels are recommendations. Check with your instructor for suggested modifications.

New schedule will posted every 3 months. No refunds, credit will be issued for medical circumstances – DR. Note may be required. Missed clases can be made up at any time during the same month. ​

Cardio Slam + Core
Level 2-3, 45 min   

High intensity cardio exercises, balanced with body weight resistance strength training is a super effective tool for people who are pressed for time. Choice of 30 min workout or add on the 15 min core session for full body effect.

Save your evenings for your family and squeeze in a noon workout. This athletically inspired circuit will challenge both your cardio and strength as you go through a wide variety of stations. With the focus on functionality this class constantly changes to keep things fresh & fun.

Strength
Level 2-3, 45 min

This class focuses on strengthening all your major muscles in a motivating and inspiring atmosphere! You will accomplish this by doing squats, lunges, curls, crunches, etc. These simple exercises will be completed with the use of body bars and dumbbells which will help you tone up those long lost muscles.and achieve the results you are looking for.

This class is designed to tone and strengthen those trouble areas using a wide variety of different exercises to keep your body guessing at what is coming next!
Increase your core strength and flexibility with this class, reducing the chance of injuries. This class is appropriate for anyone from athletes to weekend warriors or anyone looking to increase or maintain core strength and mobility.

  30 Min HIIT

  Functional Strength Training
    Level 1-3, 45 min   ​​

  Short & sweet, this class will improve cardiovascular health, boost metabolism, & release beneficial “feel good” endorphins. HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training, which can sound intimidating, but the work intervals are short and can be modified to accommodate every level of fitness. HIIT is time efficient and has been proven to be more effective than longer sessions of steady-state cardio, for both reducing body fat and improving overall fitness level. It’s the perfect class for the beginner to start their fitness journey, as well as the advanced participant to continue theirs. 
  
  
  A conditioning class that not only shapes lean muscle but also increases both strength and muscular endurance. Using a combination of free weights, resistance bands, bodyweight, TRX, and weighted body bars, this class will focus on improving functional strength through single-joint exercises, as well as complex, multi-joint movements.
