Spin / Indoor Classes

All classes have level indicators to help identify the best fit for each individual. As with any program or class, participants are encouraged to work at a level that is most appropriate for their own unique fitness level. All classes/programs can be modified to suit the needs of the participant. Participants are welcomed to join any class at any level, any time, the levels are recommendations. Check with your instructor for suggested modifications.

New schedule will posted every 3 months. No refunds, credit will be issued for medical circumstances – DR. Note may be required. Missed clases can be made up at any time during the same month. ​

Intro to Spin
   Level 1-2, 45 min   

This intro class is a great place for anyone who hasn’t cycled much to build up a strong base and learn more about indoor and outdoor cycling. Participants are led through appropriate drills that work on fundamental skills like cadence and efficient pedaling, all while increasing their overall fitness level.

5 o’clock Rock
Level 2-3, 45 min 

This class is for anyone looking for a more challenging cardio workout. Drills will take you through this 45 min class ranging from speed intervals to rolling hills. Come will a full tank, a towel to soak up the sweat and a full bottle of water.

Enduro Spin
      Level 2-3, 60 min     

Combination of 25 min cycling workout with an extended stretch session after will keep you limber and alert for the rest of your workday.

Noon Spin & Stretch
Level 1-3, 45 min 

Start your day off with this hour long endurance workout. Drills will focus on creating efficiency and working aerobic capacity. This is a great class for anyone looking to begin their training for the upcoming cycling season.

Spintervals
Level 1-3, 45 min 

Interval training at its finest on our Keiser M3 spin bikes. You set the gears and pace that’s most appropriate for your level of ability.

TRX - Spin Combo    
Level 1-3, 45 min

Using the principles of Interval training, this workout will incorporate the strength and sculpting benefits of the TRX while using the spin bikes for cardio.

Gentle Spin 
  Level 1-2, 45 min   

Less intense drills, great for maintaining or gaining mobility and strength in the lower body. Low impact.
